1. Who we are

This website (fiorarestudio.com.br) belongs to the Fiorare Design Studio brand, led by Camila Pugin, based in São Paulo, Brazil. Camila Pugin is the controller of the personal data processed by this website under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, the LGPD).

2. What data we collect

We only collect what you send us or what is needed for the website to work:

  • Brief form (Google Forms): the data you fill in, such as name, email, phone or WhatsApp and information about your business and project.
  • Direct contact by email, WhatsApp or Instagram: the content of your message and the data of the service you use to write to us.
  • Technical access data: such as IP address, date and time, browser and pages visited, recorded by the hosting server for security and operation.

This website does not use tracking cookies, audience analytics tools or advertising, and its fonts and images are served by the site itself.

3. Why we use it and the legal basis

  • To answer your contact and prepare a quote and proposal: preliminary procedures related to a contract at the data subject’s request (art. 7, V, LGPD).
  • To keep the website secure and working: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
  • To comply with legal or regulatory obligations, when applicable (art. 7, II).
  • When the law requires consent, it will be requested specifically and you may withdraw it at any time.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by providers needed for the service: Google (which stores Google Forms responses), WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) when you use them to contact us, and the website hosting company. These providers may process data outside Brazil, based on the safeguards set out in the LGPD (art. 33).

5. How long we keep it

We keep brief data for as long as needed to review your request and, if you hire us, during the project and for the applicable legal periods. Without a contract, data is deleted within 12 months, or earlier if you ask.

6. Your rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you may at any time request: confirmation that we process your data; access; correction of incomplete or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data; portability; information about who we share data with; withdrawal of consent; and objection to processing carried out without a legal basis.

7. Security

We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No system is completely secure, but we commit to acting quickly if an incident that could affect you occurs.

8. Links to other services

The website contains links to third-party services (Google Forms, WhatsApp, Instagram). When you use them, each service’s own privacy policy applies.

9. Children and teenagers

This website is not directed at people under 18 and does not intentionally collect data from children and teenagers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the update date at the top.
